You can be a part of our Vision by helping lead WORSHIP, as we CULTIVATE a family within a family, making an IMPACT through music, and striving to FORTIFY our church through the giving of our time and talent.
Singers high school age and up, may join the choir in leading worship on Sunday mornings. No experience required, only a love to sing! All are welcomed. The ability to read music is not necessary, and we will work with your schedule to help you be a part of this vibrant, fun, and important ministry. Choir meets on Wednesday evenings, 6:00–7:30pm, in the Choir Room.
We have open enrollment for instrumentalists (high school level or higher) interested in being a part of the FPCG Celebration Orchestra. Orchestra meets on Wednesdays, 7:30–9:00pm, in the Sanctuary.
Our adult handbell choir rehearses on Wednesdays at 7:30pm in Room 402. The Cathedral Ringers participate in worship several times during the year. Prospective members should be able to read music and some handbell experience is a plus.
Our middle and high school choir is made up of students who love to sing. The choir rehearsals are on Sundays at 4:30pm in the Choir Room.
K4 and K5 students, directed by Loretta Stephens. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays, 6:45-7:15pm in Room 213.

WHY DON'T YOU JOIN A CHOIR?
With choirs for everyone age 4 and older, we’ve got you covered! It’s easy to join. Just give us a call to let us know you’re coming, and we’ll get you all set up. If you’re not sure, give us a “test drive.” Most people are surprised at how easy it is. Are you hiding your candle? Call Tom Barrett at 672-7034 and get involved.
Our church has been blessed with buildings and facilities second to none, and the Ministry of Music is no exception. In the Chapel: Allen Digital Organ, 1996 (2 manuals); Steinway Piano, 1999 (9-foot concert grand).
In the Choir Room: Young Chang Piano, 1988 (7-foot concert grand); Roland HP-330 Digital Piano, 1997; Roland D-50 Synthesizer, 1988; Wenger Musician® posture chairs.
