Registration is required to perform @ FPC Arts Open Mic. Completing registration constitutes signing our open mic rules.

Creative Session: Open Mic rules

1. The host is always right.

2. Keep it PG. Adult content should be contextualized in a manner that is receivable to a wide audience.

3. Absolutely no…

a. Profanity

b. Nudity

c. Explicit sexual references, descriptions, or behaviors

d. Gratuitous violence

4. Stay within your allotted time. FPC standard time slots are 10 minutes.

5. Come prepared with a piece that you can complete and all the equipment that you need to do so.

6. Don’t perform and leave. Please stay to hear all fellow performers.

7. Respect all artists by giving your attention and not preparing for your own performance during someone else’s.

8. Do not offer feedback to another artist unless it is requested.

9. FPC prohibits alcohol, smoking, and any other substance use on the premises.

10. Performers are liable for any needed licensing or copyright of covers of songs or cuttings of existing scripts. Original works are welcome.
