Student Discipleship Director

The Student Discipleship Director at First Presbyterian Church provides leadership and oversight for a biblically based discipleship program for students in grades 6–12 and young adults ages 18–22. Working closely with the Executive Pastor and Student Discipleship Team, this role develops and implements ministry goals, mentors students, equips volunteers, and fosters spiritual growth through teaching, worship, and outreach.

The Director ensures strong communication with families, plans and coordinates events, and collaborates with other ministry areas to create seamless transitions between age groups. This position requires spiritual maturity, relational leadership, and a commitment to the mission, values, and theological foundation of the church.

The Event Operations Ministry is seeking a technically minded individual to join the team as a Video and Media Specialist. This role is primarily responsible for the creation and management of video and other forms of multimedia content used at FPC.
