In case you missed it, please click here to watch the video of how your giving has already impacted the community. You should have received your commitment card in the mail. MOTHER’S DAY OFFERING MAY 12

There is still time to contribute to the Mother’s Day Offering for the six Presbyterian Communities of SC. The offering provides charitable care to enable residents to stay in their retirement homes when they have outlived their life’s savings. Envelopes are available in the literature racks for your contribution, or you may give online at https://giving.prescommunities.org. Thank you for your generosity!

Discipleship

MEN’S WEDNESDAY BIBLE STUDY

Join us on Wednesday nights in Room B305 from 6:15–7:15pm for community and intentional discipleship designed specifically for men (post-college—40) who desire to grow in their relationship with Christ and take steps toward biblical manhood. We will investigate Scripture, grow alongside one another, and serve the Lord. Contact Rev. Charlie Buchanan at cbuchanan@firstpresgreenville.org if you have any questions.

WOMEN’S 6-WEEK SUMMER BIBLE STUDY

All women are invited to the 6-week summer Bible study called Conforming To Christ – Cultivating Fruit That Lasts. What is the quality of the fruit in your life? When we choose to be nice instead of faithful, we bear fruit that is bland, bitter, empty, and rotten to the core. In this study, we will see how the transforming love of Christ cultivates genuine authentic lives that bear lasting fruit. The same study will be offered in three different time slots starting Wednesday, June 19, at 9:30am and 6:00pm, and Thursday, June 20, at 9:30am. Childcare is available. Books are available in the church bookstore. Click here to register. For questions or more details, contact Leah Cloud at lcloud@firstpresgreenville.org or call 864.565.0931.

Opportunities To Serve

SERVE OUR COMMUNITY AT VBS JUNE 10-13

We currently have 49 children on our VBS waiting list. Can you believe that 31 of those children do not have a church home? What a blessing it would be if we had enough volunteers so that everyone on the waiting list could hear the gospel! Even if you can only serve 1-2 days, that would be helpful. To sign up, click here. Contact Tina Jones at tjones@firstpresgreenville.org for more information.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR DAY MISSIONS

Join us as a chaperone to students as they serve the needs of our city this summer! We would also love your prayers for those serving and being served this week. Click here to hear how God is transforming the heart of the city through Day Missions! Click here to register and to see the full list of items needed. Bring items to the Children’s Ministry check-in area. Questions? Contact Karen King, kking@firstpresgreenville.org.
